Tenant issue (without any agreement or lease deed)

We have a house which was given to our office manager to stay without any lease or any other sort of agreement.

All original document(registry) are with us which entitles our claim on the property.

The Tenant currently is not working with us anymore and is not willing to vacate the house. We have given him a registered notice to vacate the house but to no avail.

In his tenure with us as a permanent emploee, we were compensating him with monthly rent allowance excluding the basic salary and other benfits as well.

Though he is paying the electricity bill himself and on timely basis.

Kindly guide us for the corrective action to be taken or petitions which can be filled against him as per the Uttar Pradesh Juridication. Thanks

The course of action to be taken shall depend on the amount of rent which was being tendered by him .

Which state ? Please specify state as rent law is state subject and changes from state to state. So refereing other state law in your case can cause fatality to case
