Societies Post Folio holder has illegal captured the society parking area, have made a two-story floor and given it on rent to unknown Males.
Yes, some people are staying illegally in parking area of the society.
Police NOC has not been obtained and no lease agreement is made between the tenants and society.
I want to do a police complaint. But I want to known the bye-laws / section of illegally renting the parking area, under which the police can take the actions against the tenants and society.
