Third floor legality

hi,

I have a third floor builder apartment in Delhi's kalkaji area. The plot is 500 sq yds and there are 2 flats on each individual floor. Very recently all the flat owners have got together to get the plot freehold.

The building is with 15 mtrs norms. Now few flat guys are acting funny by asking me to sell the property much below the market rate. They also say that my flat is illegal and the builder will get it demolished if not sold.

Please advise if this is correct and what I should do in this case.

look forward to your advise.

thanks!

It is better you approach local (Municipal/Collector ) authority  with documents to confirm the legality of the said flat.
