Threat of killing

Someone threating me and my family to kill.

I want to know is there any way to file a complaint against him, and also want that he does not come  know i have complaint against him?

U dont know the person who is threatening you..want to file case on him but dont want to reveal your identity to him..how this is possible..just file a complaint in the police station and relax
