Threats recorded in the room using cell phone

I want to produce conversation recorded using my cellphone recorder during an argument with my bitter half. She often used to threat of false cases etc which she did.

Now my case is on evidence stage after 3 years. I recoded our conversation on the cellphone while arguments were goingon in the bedroom between me and my wife.

Since she used to keep an eye on my cellphone I transferred the audio recordings in my laptop and from there transferred the audios into a USB. I did it just to save the evidence from that criminal woman.

Can you guide me how to putup those evidences in the court?

Same question I have for the abusive and threatening emails as well. Kindly advice

Check with your local advocate. He will use them as evidence against her but in a recent judgement the Supreme Court has ruled that any conversation recording without her consent is violation of her privacy rights.
