my parents owned a shop in joint name in which my father was first owner & my mother was second owner.my father has died 18 months ago.we are 3 brother and mother , all of us wants to tranfer said shop to my mother.is there is any other chipest way other than succesion certificate.how much is court fee for succesion certificate if property value is higher thane 50 lakh..can we do this transfer via a registered deed. please advice.
