UNCOMMON PROLEM TO BE SOLVED BY ADVOCATES

I AM PLACING AN UNCOMMON AND A VERY INTERESTING PROBLEMS WHICH MUST BE RESOLVED BY APPLLYING JUDICIAL MIND AND APLICATION OF LAW. The problem is as folows:

A being an unmarried indian young lady went to philipines and met B, young Bangladeshi person and fall in love. They got married and gave birth two daughter. In the mean time both A and B came at Calcutta and Dhaka and at both the places they purchased two flats for thier use. In calutta the flat was purchased by both of them jointly whereas in Dhaka by operation of law the flat wa purchased only in the name of B, the husbnd. Few years later A and B got divorced at Philipines on some mutual terms and conditions. In the said terms and conditions there was no whisper about the flat of Calcutta. Now the lady want to sell of the property but other relatives of the husband are restraining her to do so. How the problem can be resolvd?

There was no mention about the flat at Calcutta, and the husband and wife divorced on some terms and conditions, and the relatives of the husband have no stand in the case, and hence the wife can sell the flat at calcutta.
