unregistered body of assocation of persons

Does the courts have jurisdiction over unregistered body of assocation of persons ?

I mean to ask, let us say there is a Social Club which is unregistered body of assocation of persons governed by its own rules and byelaws.

Suppose say if the general body of that Social Club does not abide by its own rules and byelaws, can a member of association challenge the same in court of law ? if so on what grounds?

Say for example, rules of assocation of persons says "no resolution can be moved on floor of house". Now if in floor general body meeting, if someone moves a resolution and it is accepted is it valid ? If this has happened and if is challenged in court, can the court interfere ?
