Valid Service Agreement / Bond

Dear All,

I am new bee here, I am serving a MNC company which has the policy of executing a Service Agreement / Bond from New Joinees for the period of 2/3 years. However we do not go for notary or registering the documents. Now most of the employees are doing the Breach of that Contract as they understand the weakness of the Service Agreement, which is simply on a Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs 100/-.

I request all the Senior members here that please guide me with some format for the Service Agreement, which can legally bind the employees and we can challenge them to courts incase some Breach of Contracts are done.

Thanking You

Regards

Karan Adhikari

Bonded labour is not only inhumane but also illegal, If you want to retain your employees, then try to give them facilities and good working conditions
