I have a dispute with my ancestral land
A fraud person presented IZAAZATNAMA / Vikray patra of the year 1972 . It is a plain paper statementr saying my grandfather (zameendar) transferred his land to him for any use as per zameendari. And he used that paper for mutation in revenue records.
My question
Is Izaazatnama is valid of that time..as no stamp is paid on it
can we challenge it? we all know it was fake...as no original paper is available only photocopy is used everywhere in mutation process?
