want to appeal for dismissal from service

dear friends,

my friend who was posted as Executive Manager in Federal Bank at Kolkatta has been dismissed by the employer who is said to be a private bank having 603 branches all over india.

the charges against my friend was:-

1) absence without sanctioned leave.

2) complaint by his landlord that he is not paying the rent.

3) insubordination on the ground of not providing his current location of residence and sending his response or query directly to the top bosses via email.

he was served with a chargesheet which was dully replied by the charge sheeted officer (CSO). the final order of dismissal comes to him and now he is dismissed from service.

he wants to appeal this before court of law. can anyone suggest what to do next.

1) whether he has to file civil suit against the said order at High Court.

2) what remedy he still left?

an early reply will be helpful.

I agree with the sound advice given by Mr. Soni.
