Warranty card not stamped- pigeon mixie

Dear All,

One of of our Well wisher gifted a Pigeon Mixie in my marraige in last November 2011. Since the said mixie is in warranty now. I had approached the Pigeon Service centre for repair/ replacement , But they are not accepted for the reason that Warranty card does not have any data ( Bill no, Date of purchase, Dealer stamp etc) . Since to get the Warranty , Original bill and Warranty card is mandatory. I cannot ask the Original bill from my relation, since it is a gifted mixie. 

I had approached the delaer to provide the duplicate of bill based the bill name and bill date from software or hardcopy available in the showroom. But he is refused to provide the duplicate bill saying that all documents are destroyed for the purchases made in last year. 

Can anybody confirms the below.

1) Whether Original Bill as well filled and Stamped Warranty card is mandatory to get the replacement / repair in warranty period.

2) Is it compulsory that warranty card should be filled and stamed with all data by dealer.

3) Can we get the warranty replacement / repair only with stamped warranty card.

4) is any law regading this supoort us in consumer court ??
