What is ipc 174(2) filing procedure?

I have filed private criminal complaint us ipc 504 and 506(2). Court issues summons to accused to attend court.

One accused did not come for first two court dates despite receiving summons. I have police report of summons delivery.

I want to file IPC 174(2) on accused for not attending court and disobeying court order.

1. What is the procedure to file IPC 174(2)?

2. Is it plain application to judge to take action us IPC 174(2)?

3. Do I need to give affidavit and treat this as a seperate private complaint?

4. This section will be added in same existing case or will be treated as a seperate case?

What is the opinion of your advocate.

Anyhow, the court can issue warrant to the person concerned.

My lawyer is saying we will need to file private complaint in court on affidavit.

I am thinking of waiting for few days and once accused is absent of any court date then file private complaint for IPC 174 and IPC 229 together.
