One of my friend has deposited credit card montly due amount in to his another credit card account of the same bank long back due to over sight, and thereafter he regularly depositing the due amount in to both accounts without any single default, but since one year the so called crdit card bank sending its agents to my friends house at regular intervels demanding huge interest on one month due amount in one of the account, my friend has given details of his payments as well as given written representation that he has wrongly deposited the due amount of one month in to another account of his own and requested the authorites to adjust the same, and further requested the authorities to furnish a detailed statement of accounts pertainaning to his two reidt cards, but in spite of which the bank is torturing him and threatining him with dire consequences, and not providing statement of accounts,
In such circumstances to whom he has to approach for complaint, is there any credit card redressal forums in Hyd?
