Wild accusations against judge of appellate court

Wild Accusations Against Judge of Appellate Court

In an appeal against conviction u/s 138 NIA, in ADJ Court the accused takes 35 opportunities, but does not  argue his case. When the Judge warns him that he will decide the case on merits if the accused does not argue then as a desperate last Resort, he levels wild and frivolous accusations against the Judge and seeks transfer of case.

I need some Judgments/Citations of SC or High Courts where such a tendency of the accused has been condemned and the Courts have ruled against transfer in such cases
