Family court case pending ....and its going nowhere judge is biased as always to a women .....can i reappeal ?
and if yes where.....girl and boy dont reside in india .....nonsense going on

if both dont reside in india, who has filed the case? please take active participation in the case to prove that you cannot afford or pay as much. then based on evidence the judge will order accordingly.

Your query is totally vague without proper details. If both the persons are not in India, who has filed the case and who is contesting the same? How are your related to this case?
