The judge has ordered me and oppossite party to file affidavit of income and assests. My wife is not mentally sound since Aug 2012 and her mom didnt let us met her. I bought and sold many properties on our joint name and her name since our marriage Feb 2004. In 498-A FIR my mom in law has claimed that i sold all propeties on her by forcing her to sell. My income since 2012 is negative and is approx 20k since jan 2015. My 8 year old daughter is with me only .
1. can i be forced to pay Maintainence which is filed by her mother?
2.can your past incomes get considered to finalize maintainence ?
3. will i have to file all the Bank statements, properties bought sold, since marriage ?
4 Is it decided on present income status of husband or past income will have impact?
