498a evidence

Hi Experts,

My wife filed 498a on me, now my case is at 313 CrPC stage. My counsel has done chief and cross of all PW's mentioned in the case.

My query is can i submit evidence from my side in the court at this stage (313 of accuser's not completed yet).

Please provide your inputs.

Sir,

As you said, "In trial, after the examination of PWs, an Accused can produce their witnesses and evidence."

In my next hearing court will provide 313 crpc to all the accussed, before/after i answer them can i give evidence (documents) in the court so that the court can mark it.

I have got few documents as part of evidence like phone bills, photos, etc... at what stage in the case I can provide to the court and it can be marked as evidence.
