Due to a family dispute, the family members have filed some criminal and civil complaints in police station. There are no FIRs though. Their is no case filed in court.
Now the dispute is getting settled through pre litigation mediation center in high court, but police is saying there is no procedure in police station to withdraw the complaints.
What is the best legal way to withdraw these complaints so that records remain clean especially if a police verification from future employer is conducted ? Does attaching settlement deed as a add on to existing complaints the only solution ? or any other remedy ?
