One of my neighbour using residential flat for commercial use for which I have highlighted the issue to the Society office.
From that day onwards, neighbour started threatening us using bad words by shouting loudly from his window. Now it is daily practice of him, he usually come drunk and for more than hour he keeps on using bad words against us.
We are not finding proper solution to stop this harassment with proper procedure ie. Without arguing back with him.
Note: We have not spoken single word nor complained about him with any authorities.
Please advise asap.
