Hi,
I would like to know what is the procedure to add someone's name in the 7x12 extract of the property. The property is currently owned by 2 brothers and needs to add the third brother's name. Both have agreed to add the third brother's name. Can you please let me know the exact procedure for doing this and whom to approach? Can I do it on my own or do I need to take someone's help from the court or tahsildar's office? Any idea about the fees that they usually charge for the same.
