Hello All,
I recently purchased a property and it was registered on my name. However the housing loan has been jointly taken (myslef and wife).
Now when we tried to check the income tax exemption we found that the to claim the exemption the property needs to be registered with both the partners name.
Can someone guide me on the process to add my Spouse name as owner of the property?
Since the documents are with the loaned Bank would it be a tough process?
