Our society is proceeding for a conveyance deed from the builder. I am the chairman of the society and attending to the process of conveyance. I have the following queries for which I request the learned friends to offer suggestions. Our building is situated at Goregaon, Mumbai.
[1] Please inform me the amount of adjudication fees for the adjudication of a conveyance deed in Mumbai.
[2] Please inform me the authotity in whose favour the bank draft is to be submitted.
[3] The jurisdiction of the Registrar's office for a property at Mumbai western suburbs
Any helpful suggestion in the matter is requested.
