Sir,
I am a authorised member of coop.hsg.society and society has entered into development aggrement with the builder but the builder is charging more rate for additional area which i want to purchase other than the free area offered by builder. all members except me are getting the same rate for add.area but even though i am a bonafied member builder is charging more can you advice me how to tackle this matter?

Did you had any issue with the builder???? if the builder cannot justify why he is charging you with the extra charges for the adidtional are compare to the other members. then you may serve a legal notice to the builder for such discrimination. even after this if the builder fails to take the cognizance then you may approach the cosumer forum, civil court for the said dispute.
