I would like to have your kind advice regarding the health care industry.
I enrolled in the vibes Health care, after seeing their repeated paper advertisements of treating bald head and regrowing the hair on head to 100% with their latest stem cell technology.
First when i went there, they said that they got good results and when i asked them to give the reference of old clients, they gave me and i spoke to them and after some confident feedback from the previous clients, i opted to enroll in the stem cell hair regrowth program.
They said i need 8 sittings for the complete regrowth. But to my surprise, my hair didnt regrow and i also lost some of my existing hair after 8 sittngs. when i asked them about the result, they said that one in some 100 people will not react to the treatment and they said that it could be me. But when i repeatedly ask about the details of the treatment and asked my money back, they suggested 6 more sittings.
NOW what should i do if the result didnt come even after 6 sittings, and now also they are saying that their treatment will grow hair.
Can i go against them legally demanding my money back whichever i paid (around Rs. 40000/-)
If yes then please suggest me the procedure. I am from hyderabad and suggest me some good consumer protection lawyers.
