I want to get the opinion of the community on the constitutionality of having age limits for admissions in colleges and universities.
Specifically in light of Article 19 of the constitution.
Section 1(g) All citizens shall have the right to practise any profession, or to carry on any occupation trade or business.
Having age limits abridges this right. Then how come its being practiced everywhere?
