We have a WOS outside India (B Co.) for which we need to file Annual Performance Report (APR) with RBI.
B Co. has a subsidiary there itself (C Co.). Now I want to know that APR filed by us for our WOS (B Co.) is to be filed with consolidated figures (of B Co. & C Co.) or we need to file 2 APRs separately, one of B Co. and other of C Co.
And pl. tel me the format as well. I have found the format of 9 pgs on rbi's website. But our Co. has filed the APR in this format only the first time it filed the APR, later on it filed the format of only 2 pgs. But I havenot found that 2 pgs format anywhere on rbi's website.
Pl.suggest me. Its urgent.
