Appeal against order u/s. 482 of crpc

Single Bench MP High Court Passed Order u/s. 482 of CRPC  and  Against that Order I want to go in Appeal

First  Query  is  that   “Can I  file  Appeal  against the aforesaid  Order in Division Bench in same MP HIGH Court”  ?

If  Answer  is  yes then  in such case  time limit for filling Appeal will be  30 days

Now  other Query

The situation is that  the  Final Order was passed on 21-09-2017 and I got Certified Copy in single day on 22-09-2017  and  30 days time limit  expires on today i.e. on 22-10-2017  on Sunday

So whether I have to file Appeal on 23-10-2017  it self 

or

I  may get concession of 7 days of Deepawali  Vacation

Kindly  Guide urgently
