Arbitration

I have a case in delhi high court regarding family property. Both parties have agreed to appoint a relative as arbitrator and the same will be appointed  by the High court , after recording statement of both the parties. The disputes involve immovable and movable properties of individual and HUF. I would like to know the following :

  1. Will the award given by the Arbitrator be registered, if yes with whom. What will be the rate of stamp duty.
  2. Will the arbitrator send his award go to the court and the court will make the award as its judgement or award it self will be the judgement.
  3. How will transfer of properties as per award take place both movable and immovable.
  4. If one of the parties does not follow the award then what is to be done.
  5. Will lawyer be need to represent me in front of Arbitrator, or since this is being done by our relative  who give hia award as family settlement , we give our claims to the arbitrator.

Thanks in advance for all your replyies and views.

Regards

Indu
