Arbitration

Where can an arbitration award under S.34 be challenged? In the High Court or the tribunal again (S.16 of the arbitration and conciliation act 1996)?

Before the Hon'ble Court.

In the Hon'ble High Court of Bion. But before that you have to prove why you didn't raise it before the arbitral tribunal.
Always at your help.

Arbitrtion Award may be challenged {by way of objections} u/s 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act before district judge having jurisdiction and not before High Court.
