After submitting earlier working details and produced dismiised dv case judgement judge orderd 8k per month maintance in sec 125 family court,
I have taken stay in HC based on desertaion for her.but for kid i have to pay arrers around 2lakh rupees.Regular amount every month i am paying.But for judge she is pressuring to link to my salary for arrers but i am not in postion pay arrers .my question
1.how to split arrers amount so that judge should not link to salary
any time bound is there to delay arrers as per law,
