I have constructed a house on my mother's name by taking loan from LIC-HFL in 2005.My mother is house wife and no source of income. My mother is the applicant in loan and myself co applicant. Every month I am paying the loan.
Who is the absolute owner of the property me or my mother?
Land Sale deed of this constructed house is on my GrandMother's(father's mother) Name. I have one elder sister. Till now my sister did not object this constructions.
Can you she get share in this property?
