hi friends suggest
I have fighted for justice finaly domestic violence case dismissed with out cost even appeal also but it taken more then six year now she moved to family court sec 125 to extract money, i have applied divorce based on cruelty.
Almost i lost 7 year another 15 year i am going to retire. for my leaveing after retirement minimum one house or flat required any problem come by takeing loan if i purchased flat or plot. still divorce is pending ,maintance not finalised.

Please take the house loan now and show it to the court. She will get maintenance 1/5th of your stated income in you WS / WO after deducting the EMI amount. If the interim is already awarded then file petition U/S 127 CrPC by stating the EMI amount to re tune you maintenance. You can file Wirt Petition against her. Did you appeal in High Court for you DV?
