Can a muslim man can do a special marriage after a nikah wi

hi, i am sana sk , by birth i was a hindu  i got married on 08 with a muslim man that time we just do our nikah and we recive our nikahnama. now on 2016 i we do hindu muslim special marriage as per act 1954, as it was needed in passport office.

ore marriage is arround 9 years and we have a baby also.  but my husband  has a first wife ( who have only social marriage with him), whome he was unable to give divorce because they had a girl also so he thinks  that girls life will be distroy. but my husband  have no phisical  relationship with her since after our marriage as my husband stay diffrent state with me.

now i am can't take this burden it hurts me every day that when our son will be grown up  what happen so i tell him to give her divorce but he has that same mind set what can i do now pls help. how can my husband and me also get relife frome this. and with this i want to know that our marriage is valid as per indian law? as i early declared that i got special marriage on this year. please help seniors.

Sorry, your marriage cannot be either solemnised or registered under the Special Marriage Act,1954 as your Muslim husband has a first living wife.

Your marriage's Nikkanamma can be obtained from the Quasi that will help your immigration issue as far Indian government is concerned but for the foreign country immigration purposes the proper Marriage Certificate from the Marriage Registerar will be required about that make inquiry from the Local Marriage Registrar Office in your City/State.
