My father and mother are residing with me from past one year and I am residing in the same address since 2013, Can I USE my present address to my Parents Passport,as they have no address proof from my present address,

In addition to giving the present address they may have to furnish the details of the addresses where they were residing earlier i.e., prior to the present address if the present address is less than one year. They may have to provide the address proof as required .
