Case has been transfered from Maharashtra to Uttarpradesh by Supreme court in the month of May 2024. I enquired in the District court, they are saying that they already have transfered my case file. but till today i am unable to track where exactly is my file. Nobody has the proper answer for this. Is there any authority where i can know the current status of my file. Whether it reached to Uttar-Pradesh district court?

Google search e-courts of your district with the case number.

You can enquire from the transferee court directly about the status of the case file whether it reached them or not and follow it regularly, you cannot get the information through ecourts website on this until and unless the concerned court uploads the same and sends notices to the parties concerned
