According to the regulations stated in CISCE https://www.cisce.org/data/Syllabus%20for%20ICSE%202011/Regulations.pdf
On page 10 it states "If applications are made for correction of names/dob after a lapse of 1 year, they will be considered where such changes have been permitted by a court of law."
I passed on 2009. On my municipal certificate its 1993 and on ICSE its 1994. My further studies are in a problem for this. Even my passport will not come out for this. Please help.
I was born in Kolkata and gave the ICSE in HYDERABAD.
So in whose jurisdiction should I apply? Whats the procedure? How much time does it take?
