i have submited cheque for clearing before two months, but not credited in company account, and i am not received any query about cheque alteration from bank side. what is RBI Guidlines about that and what is rights of company regarding above metter ?

Write to BO Incharge / Higher authorities, if not already written... try to know the reasons for not honouring the cheque.. perhaps it might have been misplaced.... After ascertaning the facts, u may decided further course... Finally u can approach Banking ombdusman or consumer forum for yr grievance..
