My grand father gifted his self earned house property to my father. My father wants to sell. Buyer is asking for my signature so that I can't file any case in future. My son is still minor, what about my son's right. Can he claim his right after he attains majority. Kindly throw some light.
Also can my father's brothers son claim right in the property gifted by my grandfather to my father? my grandfather has gifted some other property to my father's brother and they live separately in that property?
