I have seen in the news paper that Karnataka, especially IT hub and the place where youngistan lives, i.e. Bangalore receives one of the highest number of 498a, DV and Divorce related cases in the country.
There are huge number of cases and judgments in Bangalore. But the judgments related to maintenance rejection in very less in Karnataka compared to other parts of the country.
I am searching for citations from various maintenance related Judgments from the High court of Karnataka where the court has rejected the maintenance as the wife is working.
How and where to get citations from Karnataka High Court cases related to 498a, DV and Divorce maintenance?
