Dear Sir,
I am Abdul Farzon, i have been seeking help for unbreakable civil case which is been continuing in Orissa sub judicial court Since near to 17 years, My Mom was a step daughter to my grandmother and my grandmother own brothers son claiming for that property now n case is in court since 17 years, grandmother my mom and grandmothers brother had been died long before and before death my grandmother evidently nearly 25 people infront them in a mutual meeting she had been written in court paper on my my mothers name but regretfully that paper hiddenly been torn by our against party, but we are on possesion ever since and property patta also has my mom name and all utility bills being paid by me on the name of my mom,
Question:1 can this case has a life to win ?
Question 2 does Law differ state to state or law what has in Indian constitution ?
