Civil side matters

a recruitemnt case is going on in mumbai high court... case no is WPST/30076/2015... it is writ petition..it is filed on 30 oct 2015... now on stage bar they are dispalying that : Stage -- FOR ADMISSION -- CIRCULATION (CIVIL SIDE MATTERS )... WHAT DOES THIS MEAN.... NEXT DATE SHOWING IS 28 MARCH 2016 DOES THIS MEANS NEXT HEARING IS ON 28 MARCH 2016.. OR THERE ARE CHANCES THAT NEXT HEARING WILL BE IN NEXT 4 TO 5 DAYS...CASE IS UNDER PRE ADMISSION STATUS... I ALSO WANT TO KNOW  WHAT WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND BY ""FOR ADMISSION -- CIRCULATION (CIVIL SIDE MATTERS ) ""... IS THAT MEANS THE PETITIONERS WANTS THE HEARING DATE VERY SOON ??? PLS HELP BECAUSE YOUR INFORMATION IS HELPFUL FOR 1200 SELECTED CANDIDATES RELATED TO THIs RECRUITMENT

High courts first see if petition is worth hearing . Otherwise it is dismissed in limine. If it is found fit process starts to send notices to respondents and fixing date for next hearing when respondents report and submit their reply.
