I get married with a widow women, she has one daughter and one son from her first husband. Her son is minor (10 years), she wants to claim share from their first husband's property (Land & House) on behalf of her minor son, which is named before her mother in law (grand mother of the child), she also died before 7 years. Whether her claim stands legal or not. If yes what is the process. Pleas help

Dear querist,
Does your wife first husband have received share from her mother if yes and he died with WILL giving no property to son and first wife then there is no right in aforesaid property.
In case first husband received share from her mother and left no WILL then child has legitimate right over property.
In case first husband received share from her mother and is surviving then also no right to child.

No he was not received any share from mother and his mother is also died 7 years ago.
