Clarification about file both husbund and wife file two case

Respected sir,
I have filed HMOP 9 against my wife in my native dindigul court. This case running 1 year and come to judgement stage to favor to me. Now my wife filed divorce in her native chennai high court. If my case judgement come to favor me ,this judgement is valid or not valid ? . I want to prove again in high court also? what i do? i like to live with my wife.

Please give your valuable suggestion to me.

assuming you filed section 9 and got in your favour.there is no concept of High Court divorce

Dear sir ,

If judgment in section 9 case comes in your favour it is legal and valid judgment. You have to contest the divorce application filed by your wife.

If your wife filed for divorce means she don't want to live with you in any way, however if she is sucessful in getting the decree of divorce she is free to live as she wills ,and even she can marry again .
