Clarification required

I am a partner in a partnership firm. My managing partner has lodged a complaint on our behalf as the defacto complainant and the case had been taken up for trail after charge sheeting completed.In this context due to inability of our Managing partner to persue the case can any othe partner persue the criminal case on his behalf and what are the procedures to be adopted to enable another partner to persue the case..
