Hi,
I have submitted my resignation and have to serve a notice period for 3 months which i could not serve due to my mother's ill health. Now company is asking me to pay two months salary and then only they will give my relieving letter. I have to pay one approximately one lakh rupees if i have to take the relieving letter.
Due to my mothers ill health and other expenses i don't have that kind of money. Please suggest me what i can do for getting my relieving letter.
