Construction of bridge over river

Respected Reader,

I have a house, which is constructed on river touched land.At present that land has been

declared has high flood line area.

In Rainy Season that land is fully flooded,

can i constructed a bridge over a river for my saftey.

If yes what legal procedure i have to follow.

Hi,

You can not build a bridge over the river for your safety.

Firstly, If your house is built on the area which is reserved as flood line area.. the construction itself becomes illegal..

Get moer information from the concern municipal authorities of your area.
