Consumer court-opponent not appearing

Filed an complaint against an builder & also an interim Relief application, the summons have been duly served to the OP, but on first date he did not appear & is never expected to appear at court.

What to do for Ex-parte orders?

Should Interim Relief not be contested & directly press for the final orders?

Consumer Court will give sufficient Time to the Opposite Party. If the Opposite Party did not appear, you  should press for the the Ex-Party Order in the next date of Hearing.
