Our son had forcibly made me sign some property papers.we got stay on that and then he also got status quo..HE started constructing something on that property changing it from residential to commercial .We appealed for contempt of court and we won the case .Now what does that mean??what do we gain out of it..who has thepower to sell or mortgage??
