Dear Deepak, If you want you can
prolong cases for as much as time you want. But my sincere advice is
that as both of you are not willing to live with each other, do take
divorce and lead your lifes separately. With an intention to take
vengence on her you are ruining your life also isnt it?. Just think over.

dear deepak ! just to teach her a lesson u don`t spoil ur future.unless n untill u get divorced u can`t marry again.u can use all these evidences in the court to show your good conduct n protect urself from paying maintainance etc..

Make yourself things clear in the following .
two points.
1.Your wife does not love you. so uyou cannot get true love from her.
2.All the evidence will only prove your gentle nature but not the love you have for her.
So better contest the case to prove your manlines but do not expect love from her in return.
